What we collect

1CleanFlow stores the information you and your team put into your workspace — contacts, organizations, deals, activities, notes, messages and files — along with your account details (name, email) and usage needed to operate the service.

How your data is stored and used

Workspace data is stored in PostgreSQL hosted by Supabase, isolated per workspace and protected with row-level security. Data is encrypted in transit. We use your data only to provide the service — we do not sell it or share it with advertisers.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers: Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments — card details never touch our servers), Resend (transactional email), and — when you connect them — Twilio (calls & SMS), Microsoft 365 (email), Anthropic (AI features) and ElevenLabs (transcription).

Text messaging (SMS)

When you give us your mobile number and agree to be texted, we use it only to send you the messages described in our SMS Terms & Conditions — appointment confirmations and reminders, quotes you asked for, replies from our team, and follow-ups about work we have done.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and consent records are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf (Twilio), and only so that the message can be delivered. They are never sold, rented or passed to lead generators.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. We keep your consent record and message history for as long as you are a customer and for up to 24 months afterwards, so that we can prove consent and honour an opt-out; after that it is deleted. To have it removed sooner, email support@1cleanflow.com.

Your rights & data export

You can export your contacts and deals to CSV at any time from Settings → Import & export, and you can request deletion of your workspace and account data by contacting us.
